Although Bratton & O'Neal, P.C. is based in Memphis, Tennessee, our practice extends beyond Tennessee to state and federal courts in Kentucky, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama, as well as other states in the southeastern region of the United States. We concentrate our practice in the areas of admiralty and maritime law and the representation of Underwriters in the London market, as well as domestic insurance carriers, in matters involving coverage issues and the defense of litigation arising from property claims, general liability claims, cargo claims, marine liability claims, and transportation claims. We also handle other types of litigation, such as commercial litigation, non-maritime tort litigation, railroad litigation, and employment litigation.
Our attorneys have almost 100 years of combined experience in these areas of the law and take great pride in working closely with our clients in order to obtain successful results in the most expeditious and cost efficient manner possible. Our members started their careers at large law firms, and we believe that a smaller firm such as ours allows us to better serve the needs of our clients by giving them the highest level of personal service and by maintaining the close relationship with them that increases the likelihood of a successful outcome.
